June 6, 1983: Drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the 13th round of the 1983 amateur draft.

October 15, 1989: Granted Free Agency.

December 13, 1989: Signed as a Free Agent with the Milwaukee Brewers.

October 4, 1990: Granted Free Agency.

January 5, 1991: Signed as a Free Agent with the Houston Astros.
